    On the day

    When events run in parallel, like the sangeet and the groom’s side getting ready, each gets its own crew. Nobody sprints between venues.

    When you get it

      These dates go into your agreement. Your portal shows where the edit is, so you never have to chase us.

      Why we run it like this

      Before I picked up a camera, I spent eight years in food operations. Kitchens, audits, delivery at scale. You learn fast that great work on a good day means nothing if it falls apart on a busy one.

      So when I started Band Baaja Capture in 2017, I built it the same way. Shooting, backup, editing and delivery are separate teams, each with its own checklist. The person editing your film isn’t also answering calls about three other weddings.

      That’s the part you never see, and the reason your wedding comes back on the date we promised.
